Father Anthony was ordained into the Sacred Priesthood on December 19, 2020 at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He came to Nuestra Señora De Guadalupe from Our Lady of Fatima in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he served as Parochial Vicar. He has also served at Sacred Heart of Jesus in Española, New Mexico and St. Jude Thaddeus in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Father Anthony was baptized and raised Roman Catholic by his parents, Joseph and Veronica in Onitsha Anambra State Nigeria. He has four older sisters, two older brothers and one younger sister. 

Father Anthony has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the Dominican Institute Ibadan Oyo State Nigeria, a Sacred Theology Baccalaureate from Pontificia Facoltá Teologica Teresianum, Rome, Italy and a Master of Arts in Theology from Mount Angel Seminary, St. Benedict, Oregon. He speaks several languages including Spanish.
